At Team DeLacy Electronics, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods or high demand, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Individual Products: Most items ship from US warehouses and arrive in 3–8 business days after processing.
  • Bundles: Bundles are typically packed and shipped together from the same warehouse whenever possible. However, in some cases (due to supplier stock or warehouse processing), items within a bundle may ship separately with separate tracking numbers. You will still receive all items in your bundle, usually within the same delivery window.

Estimated Delivery Times (after processing)

  • United States (domestic warehouses): 3–15 business days
  • International orders: Vary significantly (usually 10–25 business days) depending on destination and customs.

These are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), customs, weather, holidays, or events beyond our control.

Tracking Tracking information is sent to your email as soon as your order (or orders) ships. If your bundle ships in multiple packages, you will receive separate tracking numbers.

Title and Risk of Loss

  • Title to the products passes to you upon delivery.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the carrier takes possession of the package(s).
  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages after they have been handed over to the carrier.

Important Notes

  • We ship from multiple warehouses and third-party logistics partners to provide the fastest possible delivery.
  • Some items may ship from different locations, especially in bundles.
