At Team DeLacy Electronics, we strive to ensure every order arrives as expected and meets our quality standards. This policy explains how refund and return requests are handled for purchases made through our store.

Because orders are fulfilled through third-party logistics partners, physical returns may not always be required for eligible claims.


Return & Refund Eligibility

Customers may request a return or refund within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

To qualify for review:

  • The item should remain in its original condition whenever possible.
  • Packaging, accessories, and included components should be retained.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
  • Clear photos or videos may be requested to verify the issue.

Requests submitted after the 14-day period may not be eligible.

Our team typically responds within 48 hours.


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives defective, damaged, or significantly different from the order placed, Team DeLacy Electronics will review the issue on a case-by-case basis.

Depending on the situation, approved resolutions may include:

  • Partial refund
  • Store credit
  • Replacement item
  • Full refund

Resolution decisions are based on factors including:

  • the nature and severity of the issue
  • supporting photo or video evidence
  • product value
  • fulfillment limitations
  • order history

In certain approved cases, customers may not be required to return the item.


Minor Cosmetic or Non-Critical Issues

For minor cosmetic imperfections or variations that do not affect normal functionality (such as small scratches, packaging wear, slight print alignment differences, or minor color variation), partial refunds may be offered.

Partial refund amounts are determined based on the severity of the issue provided in submitted evidence.


Product Variations

Due to differences in monitor settings, lighting conditions, manufacturing batches, and printing processes, slight variations in color, texture, sizing, or print placement may occur and are not considered defects.


Non-Eligible Items

The following items may not qualify for refunds or returns unless defective upon arrival:

  • Opened personal-use electronics (such as earbuds or similar hygiene-sensitive items)
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged through misuse, modification, improper handling, or normal wear

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If a package is confirmed lost during transit, Team DeLacy Electronics may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund following carrier verification.

Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier may not qualify for refunds unless sufficient evidence of delivery issues, loss, or theft is provided.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information submitted during purchase.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 3–30 business days for processing depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the issue resulted from our error or a verified fulfillment issue.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

Customers approved for a refund may place a new order for a different item if desired.


Policy Abuse & Payment Disputes

To help protect both customers and our business from fraud or abuse:

  • Only one resolution (refund, replacement, store credit, or adjustment) may be issued per item or order unless otherwise required by law.
  • Accounts associated with repeated refund requests, suspicious activity, abuse of this policy, or fraudulent behavior may become ineligible for future purchases or support resolutions.
  • Customers are encouraged to contact Team DeLacy Electronics before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes so we may attempt to resolve the issue directly.

Additional Information

Team DeLacy Electronics reserves the right to deny claims that are fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with this policy.
