For minor cosmetic imperfections or variations that do not affect normal functionality (such as small scratches, packaging wear, slight print alignment differences, or minor color variation), partial refunds may be offered.
Partial refund amounts are determined based on the severity of the issue provided in submitted evidence.
Due to differences in monitor settings, lighting conditions, manufacturing batches, and printing processes, slight variations in color, texture, sizing, or print placement may occur and are not considered defects.
The following items may not qualify for refunds or returns unless defective upon arrival:
If a package is confirmed lost during transit, Team DeLacy Electronics may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund following carrier verification.
Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier may not qualify for refunds unless sufficient evidence of delivery issues, loss, or theft is provided.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information submitted during purchase.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
